斗山移動動力于2012年3月19 - 21日參加了在北京新國際展覽中心舉辦的第十二屆中國國際石油石化技術裝備展覽會。在此期間，公司展出了最新研發的斗山品牌移動式空壓機XHP985WCAT，并通過視頻文件和獨特的彈力模型向觀眾全方位地展示了斗山移動動力產品與運營管理的國際水準。
 

        

 

    百年品質傳承，嶄新品牌呈現。斗山集團自2007年收購英格索蘭的工程機械業務以來，一直為其移動式空壓機保留著英格索蘭品牌。隨著新工廠的建立和專業技術團隊的擴充和加強，品牌轉換進入了倒計時。如今，最新研發的XHP985型空壓機貼上了嶄新的斗山品牌，并首次公開亮相于CIPPE國際石油石化技術裝備展。此次參展已成為斗山移動動力歷史上一個重要的里程碑。

    斗山XHP985型移動式空壓機繼承了英格索蘭品牌百年來所堅持的卓越品質。XHP985配備了高壓縮效率的英格索蘭兩級噴油螺桿主機和動力強勁的卡特彼勒C13型柴油發動機，額定排氣量為27.9m３/min，排氣壓力為24.1bar。XHP985采用了諸多創新技術和先進設計，如泄壓停機和輔助啟動功能，可實現極高的可維護性、耐久性和使用便利性。XHP985配備了彈簧鋼板行走系統機構，燃油箱平衡位于輪子上方的兩側，可在任何路況的工地上行走。

    斗山XHP985型移動式空壓機可廣泛應用于油田鉆井、地熱、煤層氣開發、水井開挖、應急搶險、鉆爆等多個領域。在過去的三十多年里，200多臺斗山移動式空壓機曾服務于國內的石油石化行業，型號包括HP900、XHP1070、XHP1170和C185 ，品質和服務受到了該行業用戶的一致好評。公司美國總部研發和生產的XXHP1270是行業內最前沿的產品，同樣可應用于石油石化行業。XXHP1270配備了英格索蘭螺桿主機和卡特彼勒C18柴油發動機，在34.5bar的工作壓力下可提供36.8m3/min的排氣量以及24.1bar的工作壓力下可提供42.5m3/min的排氣量，輸出動力強勁。

    此次展會期間，公司的柴油發電機組和移動式照明設備也同樣受到了關注。斗山柴油發電機組制造工藝精湛，品質達到國際水準。機組啟動迅速，可滿足應急電力需求。機組采用國際著名品牌深海控制器，提供如8小時油箱，蓄電池等完善的標準配置以及齊全的可選配置。在環境溫度40度下滿負荷運行，無需降功率使用。

    Doosan Infracore Portable Power (DIPP) launched brand new air compressor XHP985WCAT at 2012 CIPPE Beijing show on
March 19th to 21st. China Local developed portable air compressor XHP985WCAT with new Doosan Brand displayed at the booth, which attracted a lots of visitors’ attention. A well-produced vedio demo Doosan portable power history, Brand and product family as well as special made PU model of portable air compressor also attracted visitors’ interesting.

    Same superior product. Brand new name. Since Doosan group acquired Ingersoll Rand compressor and generator business in 2007, it is the first time to present Doosan Brand only and remove IR logo on the machine. With the support of own facility and local engineering team, brand transition is on schedule of countdown. The launch of XHP985WCAT with DOOSAN Logo on the machine on CIPPE appears to be an important milestone in DIPP history.

    DOOSAN branded XHP985WCAT is the same superior as IR branded air compressor of over 100 years history. It is equipped with Ingersoll Rand two stage rotary screw airend and Caterpiller C13 diesel engine. The air flow is 27.9m3/min, and rated operating pressure is 24.1bar. New technology and advanced designs are adopted to XHP985, such as starting aid system and pressure release system which ensure its high durability, easy maintenance and convenient operation. XHP985 is also equipped with spring plate walking system and balanced fuel tank, which ensure that it can walk at all terrain.

    DOOSAN branded XHP985WCAT portable air compressor can be applied in many industries such as oil & gas, geothermic, coalbed methane, Water well drilling, emergency and so on. In the past over 30 years, over 200 units of Doosan portable air compressors, covering HP900, XHP1070, XHP1170 and C185, have been working in China’s petro and petrochemical industry, which are highly appreciated by the users for their good performance and durability. The industrial standard XXHP1270, developed and manufactured by DIPP Stateville , can also be applied in petro and petrochemical industry. XXHP1270 is equipped with Ingersoll Rand airend and Caterpillar C18 diesel engine. Air flow reaches to 36.8m3/min @ 34.5bar rated pressure and 42.5m3/min @ 24.1bar.
